Jamie has been our New Home Sales Consultant in Manors at Hamlet for two years competing with very difficult comparison and major negotiations to her competitor, Toll Bros., located right next door. M/I Home prices are higher than competition with our Model location/exposure being a lot less desirable.
In order to overcome obstacles and buyer objections, Jamie has been phenomenal at building tremendous rapport, discovering what a home truly means to buyers and selling the features and benefits of M/I Homes over the competition with very little discounts. Her follow up and follow through is impeccable. Her 2020 YTD sales volume is $16,562,562.
Terri Thiede – Clearview – Silver Winner
Terri Thiede has been with Clearview Homes for the last 5 1/2 and every minute has been exciting. She has worked in the service business throughout her entire career. Clearview is the second local home builder that Terri has worked for.
The biggest challenges in 2020 included the complete shut down, the inability to hold open houses and a general concern regarding economic certainty. Terri had to learn new skill sets including using Zoom and various social media platforms. The concept of showing and selling homes remotely quickly became a reality. While Terri has always been tenacious and had superb follow-up skills, she found a way to ratchet it up a notch this year. Her 2020 YTD sales volume is $40,000,000.
Merry Stefan – Lombardo – Bronze Winner
Merry has been in New Home Sales for over 16 years, joining Lombardo Homes in 2017. Some of her accomplishments include Salesperson Rookie of the Year, NAHB platinum and gold status, consultant of the month and more! She quickly became one of our strongest assets. She is one of Lombardo’s highest producers for the 2019/2020 year with over $21 million in sales. She also has the highest referral sales with over 25% of her sales coming from referrals.
We cannot mention all of Merry’s accolades without mentioning one of her best qualities: herself. Merry always has a positive attitude and a smile, but above all Merry supports not only her customers but also her fellow team members.
