Darla Hartline – Lombardo – Gold Winner

Darla Hartline is a true professional and an asset to the Lombardo Companies Team. Her driven and focused nature has brought her great success in the new home sales profession. Darla started her career over 20 years ago with Pulte Group as a Warranty Coordinator. She has also worked for Selective Group, Pinnacle Homes and Centex Homes. She started as a Sales Manager for Lombardo Homes. Darla was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2017. She excels in this position and has implemented many processes to help her team grow and learn while cultivating and fostering their talents. She also helped to launch a new style of selling in 2019 which has continued in 2020 and has taken our team to the next level. Darla is not only respected and appreciated by the sales team but also by her peers for her professional and helpful nature. On a bigger level Darla is always pushing the envelope with new ideas and strategies to help grow the sales team and give our customers a great experience. She works with each of her team members on a regular basis to drive sales and meet goals. In 2019 and 2020 she has overseen more than 400 sales and almost $140,000,000 in Revenue.
